Refunds

Users who purchased their income tickets directly and in cash are informed that the DDC Cusco in compliance with the Directorat Resolution:

They can present their request refund to the email callcenter@culturacusco.gob.pe, attaching the following documentation:

In case of presenting the request, the direct passenger.

  • Request refund (Detail the reservation code), indicate the current account number and the CCI with the name of the bank, which must be in the name of the person requesting it and in soles.
  • Sworn declaration of authenticity of documents.
  • Copy of the identity document of the person requesting the return.
  • Entrance ticket.

If a third party submits the request:

  • Power letter (with signature legalized before a notary or if it is the case before the Peruvian consulate) delivered by the passengers authorizing the tour operator or a third party to carry out said procedure, and their respective receipt and collection, if applicable.
  • Copy of the identity documents (passport or valid immigration card) of the passengers who grant the power of attorney for the request (if they are foreigners).
